About the role

  • Director of Marketing leading global strategy and revenue growth for Ukio, an innovative housing startup. Focused on B2B and B2C channels to enhance market presence and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Ukio’s global marketing strategy across B2B and B2C channel, aligned with company vision and growth objectives.
  • Own marketing’s contribution to revenue, including pipeline generation, demand creation, and qualified opportunities.
  • Build and optimize the full marketing funnel—from awareness to pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue teams to strengthen go-to-market strategy, improve conversion, and accelerate growth.
  • Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, partnerships, events, and outbound to drive scalable demand and market expansion.
  • Translate brand and positioning into high-impact campaigns that generate measurable growth.
  • Continuously test and scale new acquisition channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
  • Own the customer lifecycle strategy, leveraging CRM and MarTech to maximize engagement, retention, renewals, and lifetime value.
  • Develop automated lifecycle journeys across channels (email, SMS, in-app) for onboarding, renewal, and win-back.
  • Ensure strong data governance, segmentation, and marketing automation to enable scalable growth.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance frameworks, using data and experimentation to continuously optimize results.
  • Identify and leverage emerging marketing technologies, tools, and trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of +5 years experience in a senior marketing role, preferably with a strong B2B background
  • Experience managing individuals across various marketing domains
  • Proven experience in lead generation and automation, driving clear return on investment
  • Experience managing paid media agencies and delivering strong performance results
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven profile
  • Experience working with CRM and automation tools
  • Has elevated a brand through holistic storytelling campaigns that create emotional connections with audiences
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, travel or proptech is a plus
