About the role

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to promote Franklin Templeton’s private markets investment solutions
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the creation of compelling and consistent marketing materials across all regions
  • Own and drive messaging and storytelling of our private markets solutions, ensuring consistency across distribution teams and differentiated go-to-market positioning
  • Collaborate with product development and investment teams to understand and articulate the distinct value propositions of Franklin Templeton’s private markets offerings
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights, and use this data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices, continuously innovating to maintain Franklin Templeton’s competitive edge in the private markets space
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distribution partners, to enhance the visibility and appeal of Franklin Templeton’s private markets solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in financial services industry, preferably in sales or marketing
  • Experience working for a private markets asset management firm or division
  • Experience working effectively with global teams
  • Proven subject-matter experience in private market investment solutions and regional private markets product structures
  • Series 7 and 63 desired. Series 24, a plus.
