Develop and execute global marketing strategies to promote Franklin Templeton’s private markets investment solutions
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the creation of compelling and consistent marketing materials across all regions
Own and drive messaging and storytelling of our private markets solutions, ensuring consistency across distribution teams and differentiated go-to-market positioning
Collaborate with product development and investment teams to understand and articulate the distinct value propositions of Franklin Templeton’s private markets offerings
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights, and use this data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI
Stay informed about industry developments and best practices, continuously innovating to maintain Franklin Templeton’s competitive edge in the private markets space
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distribution partners, to enhance the visibility and appeal of Franklin Templeton’s private markets solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years’ experience in financial services industry, preferably in sales or marketing
Experience working for a private markets asset management firm or division
Experience working effectively with global teams
Proven subject-matter experience in private market investment solutions and regional private markets product structures
