About the role

  • Lead strategic development and execution of global demand marketing initiatives
  • Drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and measurable business impact
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel marketing programs and own campaign roadmap and lifecycle
  • Manage lead generation, capture, scoring, and nurturing to maximize conversion
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate performance, optimize ROI, and define/monitor KPIs (Customer Lifecycle Value, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
  • Lead and manage a global organization and cross-functional teams of campaign managers, digital specialists, analysts, and content creators
  • Collaborate with product, solutions management, sales, brand, and digital transformation stakeholders
  • Report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication and be part of the functional leadership team
  • Location is flexible between Sandvik Coromant offices

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of leadership at a managerial or executive level
  • Solid background in creative leadership, digital marketing, and performance analytics
  • Test, learn and scale mentality
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable campaign plans
  • Experience navigating matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication, curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking
  • Experience leading teams (campaign managers, digital marketing specialists, analysts, content creators)
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns: digital, social, email, paid media, and events
  • Experience managing lead generation, scoring, and nurturing processes
  • Fluent English (resume and cover letter required in English)
  • Willingness to work from Sandvik Coromant offices (locations listed: Sweden, Germany, USA)
