Support leadership on growth strategy, forecasting, and performance reviews
Help build scalable processes for pipeline, lead routing, and reporting
Analyse data to uncover insights and drive GTM efficiency
Coordinate high-priority growth projects across multiple teams
Drive alignment — ensuring Marketing, SDRs, and Sales operate as one motion

Requirements
2–4 years in consulting, strategy, or operations
Strong analytical foundation — you bring clarity to complex commercial problems
