About the role

  • Campaign Marketing Manager responsible for multi-channel demand generation at cybersecurity startup Qevlar AI. Collaborating cross-functionally and ensuring messaging alignment while managing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (ABM, paid ads, email nurture, webinars, content syndication)
  • Build and iterate account-based programs (1:Few and 1:Many) including account lists, personalization, and targeting
  • Manage paid advertising programs (LinkedIn Campaign Manager + Google Ads), optimizing for conversion and pipeline impact
  • Build, test, and optimize email nurture workflows and sequences in HubSpot, including lead scoring and routing logic
  • Drive webinar and digital event promotion programs end-to-end
  • Partner with SDR/BDR and Sales teams to maximize follow-up and conversion performance
  • Analyze campaign performance weekly (MQL→SQL %, cost per SQL, attribution) and reallocate budget based on data
  • Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot/Looker/Excel to track pipeline contribution
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Content to ensure messaging alignment
  • Manage multiple campaign projects simultaneously with clear prioritization and timelines

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or campaign management (cybersecurity experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record running demand gen programs that generate pipeline
  • Hands-on HubSpot power user (workflows, scoring, automation, reporting)
  • Experience with paid search and paid social (LinkedIn + Google)
  • Strong understanding of ABM tactics and segmentation
  • Highly analytical — comfortable with dashboards, attribution, and weekly performance reviews
  • Excellent campaign copywriting fundamentals (emails, ads, landing pages)
  • Strong project management — running 5–10 campaigns at once
  • Bias for action — ship fast, iterate fast
  • Ownership mindset — accountable for results, not activities
  • Resourceful, creative, and driven by curiosity.
