About the role
- Internship role in graphic operations at Bagaggio, working with design, printing, and team collaboration. Seeking enthusiastic and creative candidates eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Roland UG-641 UV printer, ensuring quality and efficiency at all stages of production;
- Manage the full production cycle for window stickers and graphic materials (prepress, printing, cutting, weeding and mask application);
- Assist with application and finishing of materials (stickers, banners, signs and displays), maintaining the brand's visual standards;
- Control the machine's supply inventory (inks, media, masks, blades, etc.), anticipating replenishments to avoid stockouts;
- Maintain logistical control of printed materials: distribution to stores, tracking deliveries and recording outgoing items;
- Support the trade marketing and visual merchandising teams in producing internal materials such as signage, visual communications and POS prototypes;
- Ensure equipment organization and maintenance, reporting any needs for technical service;
- Meet printing deadlines and schedules according to campaigns and internal department requests.
Requirements
- Technical or university studies in progress in Graphic Design, Graphic Production, Visual Communication, Advertising or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of design software (Illustrator, Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW) for preparing print-ready files;
- Comfortable with equipment and manual processes such as cutting, weeding and mask application on stickers;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy at every stage of production;
- Interest in learning about digital printing, materials and graphic finishing;
- Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines and handle simultaneous requests from different departments;
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and inventory control (inks, media, blades, etc.) is a plus;
- Previous experience with UV printers, cutting plotters or production of POS and window display materials is a plus.
