Responsibilities
Planning, launching and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Designing, implementing and optimizing email marketing campaigns
Conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Analyzing and interpreting results in reports; presenting findings in client meetings
Conversion optimization for websites (conceptual work only; no development)
Requirements
Experience in online marketing (minimum 2 years)
Experience in B2B marketing (ideally within the IT sector)
Hands-on Google Ads experience with solid skills in keyword research and campaign optimization
Experience with email copywriting (Apollo or similar tools)
Proactive, analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
Open, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Reliable and organized working style with a willingness to develop further
Performance-driven and committed to your area of responsibility
German language skills (C2) and English language skills (business level)
