Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of global compensation strategies
  • Ensure reward programmes are competitive, equitable, and aligned with QVC's goals
  • Partner with business and People leaders to implement compensation and benefits strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation programmes
  • Oversee design, governance, and compliance of benefits programmes
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external partners

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits design
  • Expertise in international total rewards
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Experience building and motivating remote teams
  • Experience in a matrix environment
  • Knowledge of practices across UK, Europe, Japan, and China
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related field; or Master's degree in a similar field
