Responsibilities
Define and execute the Insights & Analytics strategy, aligning with EUCAN business priorities and setting an annual insights deliverable roadmap.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of four, ensuring clear roles, KPIs, and development plans.
Act as the senior insights partner to the Senior Director, Corporate Affairs and other regional stakeholders, representing the function in cross-functional forums.
Oversee the development and ongoing delivery of core insights products, ensuring timely, business-relevant, and actionable recommendations.
Manage an annual insights and data purchase plan, including prescription data, GLP 1 sales, and patient and HCP market research.
Partner with Marketing, Medical, Finance, and other stakeholders to embed insights into planning cycles and campaign execution.
Drive adoption of insights through training, quarterly Affiliate Insights Community sessions, and clear reporting cadences.
Own market share target setting guidance in collaboration with Finance and Marketing functions.
Requirements
8 years of experience in insights, analytics, commercial excellence, or commercial business roles, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare or related life sciences.
Proven track record of solving business questions and unlocking opportunities using insights across market data, prescription/HCP data, and patient and HCP market research.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical outputs into business recommendations.
Strong strategic thinking, prioritisation skills, and ability to operate in a fast-moving, cross-country environment.
Hands-on familiarity with data, BI, and analytics tools, preferably Power BI (PBI).
Understanding of data concepts.
Proven experience leading and managing small to medium analytics or insights teams (direct management of 3-5 people) is a plus.
