Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Market Research lead
  • Lead the development and implementation of primary research
  • Serve as an Analytics lead, crafting and completing analytics
  • Identify, develop, and automate key performance metrics
  • Execute KPI plan, measure and report ongoing performance
  • Evaluate business performance and identify actionable recommendations
  • Integrate and synthesize market research and analytics insights
  • Champion development of innovative market research methods
  • Mentor/coach to develop market research skills
  • Stay abreast of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • At least seven (7) years of relevant business experience
  • Knowledge and experience across a broad spectrum of market research approaches
  • Experience with pharma datasets (e.g., IQVIA DDD, Xponent)
  • Deep proficiency of analytics applications (i.e., SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau)
  • Proven success partnering across business teams
  • Fluency in storytelling and effective presentations
  • Ability to operate with high degree of autonomy and integrity
