Responsibilities
Recepción y registro de incidentes, requerimientos, incidentes críticos y masivos a través de los distintos canales de atención (chat, correo y llamadas), para su correspondiente creación y gestión en la herramienta asignada.
Documentar las incidencias recibidas en la herramienta de gestión con el paso a paso hasta la solución.
Realizar el alertamiento de los casos a los grupos resolutores indicados según las matrices de escalamiento establecidas.
Requirements
3 años de experiencia en gestión y supervisión
Tecnólogo o profesional en ingeniería de sistemas o afines
