Responsibilities
Leads the incident response team in addressing and managing the aftermath of a security breach or attack
Manages the resolution of the most complex security related issues elevated from staff and clients
Consults on the development of multi year incident action plans and leads the implementation
Reviews and oversees incident requests, priorities, escalation, and resolution activities
Develop security incident automation to improve the response and detections for security incidents related to third-party compromises
Develop detections and integrations to help identify threats to third-party platforms
Monitors and improves the documentation and reporting processes for incident status and results
Partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to identify and analyze vulnerabilities
Represents the department in meetings with leadership and audit team
Trains and coaches junior staff on incident response procedures
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum of four years related work experience
At least three years of information technology or security experience
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or information technology-related field or equivalent combination of training and experience required
