Responsibilities
Manejo de Incidentes mayores (prioridad 1 = crítica y prioridad 2 = alta)
Coordinar war room con diferentes Especialistas de solución
Soportar el proceso de gestión de cambios.
Participar de Juntas de Gestión para presentar indicadores y revisiones posterior a ventanas de mantenimiento.
Acompañamiento en procesos de liberación en fin de semana o cuando el Cliente lo informe con la debida anticipación.
Requirements
Tecnólogo o profesional o estudiante últimos semestres en áreas afines a sistemas de información
1 a 2 años de experiencia como Incident Manager, Mejor Incident Lead o similar
