Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts.
Demonstrate progress toward Sales target delivery using Business Development, pipeline management & Client relationship activities.
Proficient use of Sales techniques and Product knowledge to promote IFX solutions and brand.
Learn and familiarise with the IFX Payments product suite including iBanq to perfect a sales strategy to both FX and Payment prospects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to expand the client base.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their FX and Payment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, and operations to deliver comprehensive FX solutions to clients.
Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact FX markets.
Analyse client portfolios to identify potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate currency exposures.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the business development function.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s brand and build professional relationships.
Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation, cold-calling, or a similar outbound sales role, preferably in the financial services, payments or FX industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management system.
Knowledge of the payments or foreign exchange industry is a plus but not essential.
Ability to handle objections and provide thoughtful responses to potential client concerns.
