About the role

  • Sales Manager focusing on Tier 1 and commercial vehicles clients at KYOCERA AVX. Involves client acquisition, project management, and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Management of international Tier 1 and commercial vehicle customers
  • Acquisition of new customers and projects in alignment with our product roadmap
  • Technical and commercial analysis and evaluation of customer inquiries
  • Preparation and calculation of price proposals as well as conducting price and contract negotiations
  • Ensuring technical first-level support
  • Coordination of global sales activities across our locations
  • Representing the company at trade shows
  • Execution of global and cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • Completed degree in a business or technical field, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the automotive industry
  • IT skills: Proficient in common MS Office applications and ideally experience with SAP
  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel: Availability for frequent travel (approx. 60%)
