About the role
- Founder's Associate intern supporting strategic growth initiatives at Meet5, a leisure community for people 40+. Collaborating with management on operational improvements and investor relations tasks.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the leadership team on projects of strategic relevance and help develop plans for growth in new regions (DACH and beyond)
- You will work on internal projects to improve the company's efficiency and growth
- Support sourcing and recruiting. Work with us to develop additional KPIs for the entire team
- You will prepare investor meetings and support the founders with graphics, presentations, and robust calculations
Requirements
- You are studying (bachelor's or master's) business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or are currently taking a gap year
- You already have experience in a demanding work environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or business development (startup)
- You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner within a team
- You possess strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
- You stand out through your communicative and open personality as well as your entrepreneurial drive, and you lead and drive initiatives independently
- In addition to very good knowledge of all MS Office programs, you are business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
