About the role
- Chief of Staff to the VP of QHI at quantum computing startup. Ensuring strategy alignment and leading technical roadmap initiatives with interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key link between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment and momentum across the department.
- Work closely with the VP, the QPU Lead Expert, and team leaders to shape and structure the department’s technical roadmap.
- Lead or contribute to high-impact cross-functional initiatives—stepping in hands-on when needed—to bridge organizational or technical gaps.
- Collaborate closely with PMO and TechOps to ensure smooth and reliable delivery across the department.
Requirements
- 4+ years in high-growth environments: Experience in scale-ups, venture capital or M&A.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficient in English and French
