About the role

  • Sell annuities and provide retirement planning as a Senior Market Financial Planner
  • Meet with pre-set, qualified appointments (10–12 per week) booked for you
  • Work with an appointment setter and a case manager who handle scheduling, planning, and paperwork
  • Craft tailored retirement solutions using a wide range of top-tier product providers
  • Manage an exclusive state territory and travel within the state to meet clients
  • Use a consultative, needs-based sales approach to close business—no cold calling or prospecting
  • Control your schedule while maintaining a consistent flow of business

Requirements

  • Active Health & Life insurance license
  • Series 65, or Series 7 & 66, or ChFC
  • Must be licensed in the state you are applying for
  • Clean U4 record (if registered)
  • Proven face-to-face sales success with a consultative, needs-based approach
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to travel within your state to meet qualified clients
  • Passion for serving retirees and helping secure their retirement
