About the role

  • Sales Representative for technical products in Germany's central region. Responsible for customer consultation, market development, and collaborative strategy implementation in a growing tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and advising existing customers
  • Identifying national market opportunities and acquiring new customers
  • Developing, aligning, and implementing sales strategies
  • Preparing and following up on commercial and technical proposals/quotations
  • Processing orders in ERP and CRM systems
  • Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts within delegated authority
  • Handling and escalating customer complaints
  • Close collaboration with inside sales and the technical department
  • Participation in trade shows

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Proven professional experience selling technically complex products
  • Sales- and solution-oriented mindset
  • Structured and methodical approach to work
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and way of working
  • Ambitious with strong negotiation skills
  • Confident communication skills and proficiency with modern IT systems
  • Class B driving license (car)
  • Advanced German and English language skills
