Collaborate with local sales leadership to develop, implement and execute go-to-market plans for the Middle East markets.
Organize and execute local events and activities, including trade shows, industry or third-party events, C-level engagements, virtual events, and workshops, to drive demand and pipeline progression.
Localize global campaigns, execute targeted marketing initiatives, and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies (1:Few) to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
Manage local partner marketing efforts, including engagement with local SIs and coordinating partner marketing plans across the META region.
Align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue objectives.
Analyze campaign performance to meet new logo and customer expansion targets.
Support the creation and promotion of local customer references.
Act as the "single point of contact" for all marketing activities in the META region
Requirements
Educated to degree level or similar with strong commercial acumen.
8-10 years of Field Marketing experience in B2B tech, ideally with a SaaS or Enterprise Software vendor.
Regional experience in META markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and UAE.
Fluency in English & Arabic
Proven track record in event planning, campaign execution, and ABM strategies.
Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills, including event ROI measurement and data-driven decision-making.
Self-starter with excellent event management and project ownership skills.
Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as SalesForce, Marketo, or similar, adept in closed-loop lead management and reporting.
Skilled in budget management and resource allocation.
Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
