Responsibilities
Define and implement innovative loyalty strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV), reduce churn, and foster brand advocacy.
Design, launch, and manage the Zoox loyalty program from the ground up, creating a world-class experience that drives customer engagement, increases ride frequency, and builds brand affinity.
Develop and maintain a multi-year loyalty program roadmap, outlining key milestones, feature enhancements, and strategic initiatives to evolve the program over time.
Own all marketing promotions, including strategy, planning, execution, budget, tracking, and performance analysis.
Identify, evaluate, and execute new loyalty opportunities and strategic partnerships that enhance the value proposition for our riders.
Requirements
6+ YOE, with 3+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, customer promotions, customer retention, or a related role.
Proven experience launching and scaling a customer loyalty program from concept to execution.
Direct experience managing promotional campaigns and marketing budgets.
Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable).
