About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator supporting Luum Textiles' global presence through creative marketing strategies and brand engagement. Collaborating with teams to promote textile design and development.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Design Development team to understand collection launch strategy and individual product stories for campaigns.
  • Co-manage launch schedules to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Co-manage media plan to ensure deadlines and deliverables are created and submitted.
  • Participate in the strategy of executing proposals, presentations, gifting and other marketing collateral.
  • Co-create internal communications that provide a consistent voice to all levels of the Luum organization.
  • Participate in collaborations with regional and international sales teams to ensure campaigns are reflected consistently.
  • Research competitive landscape quarterly and provide recommendations to grow the Luum brand.
  • Assist in creation and proofing of all printed/digital marketing materials (postcards, zfolds, memo tags, binder cards, ads, packaging, email blasts, social media posts).
  • Contribute to copywriting and ensuring consistency across all communications (press releases, memo tags, binder cards, website, social media, presentation kits, all printed materials).
  • Generate concepts and ideas to contribute to luumtextiles.com branded content and MyLuum internal portal.
  • Assist in creating eblast communications and upkeep of mailing lists.
  • Liaise with various vendors as needed.
  • Roll, cut and ship fabrics and other packages as needed.
  • Assist with photoshoots and video shoots and maintain organization on set.
  • Track performance and insights from website and social analytics to help refine content and improve engagement over time.

Requirements

  • Have past experience working in creative studios.
  • Have past experience in Textiles, Furniture, Interior Design, or Architecture fields.
  • Are proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator.
  • Have experience in social media strategy, graphic design, logistics management.
  • Have an eye for detail and color.
  • Are curious and collaborative.
  • Are highly organized, self-motivated and comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Have a strong sense of voice and enjoy writing clear, engaging copy tailored to different platforms.
  • Are authorized to live and work in the United States.
  • Candidate must provide a portfolio, able to commute to New York City studio 5 days a week and attend occasional events after working hours.
