ReckittMarketing Intern
Marketing Intern supporting administrative processes and marketing demands for Reckitt's brands. Involves research, material coordination, and market analysis within regional scope.
About the role
- Support with marketing campaigns – creation of collateral, copywriting, proofreading, email creation and campaign reporting
- Support with virtual and in-person events – event registration pages, social media promotion, creation of delegate packs, event reporting, and attending events where necessary
- Support the webinar programme - webinar creation, scheduling, registration tracking, webinar hosting, and post-webinar reporting
- Use internal systems such as Salesforce, Asana, Zoom and Microsoft Teams to update information, manage workload, and communicate with the marketing team
- Create copy and content for key marketing communications and use creative tools such as Taxi, Goldcast, and Canva to build emails, event registration pages and social media posts
- Ensure wider Sophos teams, including regional sales teams, are kept up-to-date with planned marketing activities
- Support Sophos EMEA and German team in preparing and executing marketing activities and campaigns
- Report to the Director of EMEA Channel Marketing and deliver marketing support across the EMEA region
Requirements
- Currently a graduate student within a Marketing discipline seeking a 12 month industry placement
- Keen interest in Marketing and a desire to develop commercial experience in this field
- Good project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong German language skills, both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Strong English language, both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to manage own workload
- Previous work experience in an office environment desired
- Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction where the position is posted, without requiring employer sponsorship
- Commences: 8th June 2026
- Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract
- Contract Hours: Full time
- Location requirement: Remote but able to attend Abingdon, Oxfordshire headquarters no less than once per month
