About the role

  • Manage customer relationships and provide sales support for Telecomputer GmbH in the public sector. Focus on efficient processes for Kfz-Zulassungsstellen and Führerscheinstellen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal support and advice to our customers in the public sector — especially at vehicle registration offices (Kfz-Zulassungsstellen) and driver licensing offices (Führerscheinstellen)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to better understand the specific needs and daily challenges of traffic authority operations
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements at customer sites
  • Conduct product presentations and software demos in close coordination with our marketing team
  • Advise on and actively sell software modules, interfaces and related services — to both existing customers and potential new clients
  • Share technical input and customer feedback with our internal teams (customer service, product management and development) to help evolve our solutions
  • Represent Telecomputer GmbH at customer events, trade shows and digital events

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales or customer management, ideally in the public-sector and IT environment
  • Interest in a challenging and future-proof customer environment and in public-sector digitalization
  • Prior knowledge of processes and particularities of vehicle registration and driver licensing is desirable
  • Basic technical understanding and strong IT affinity
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, and a professional demeanor
  • Independent, structured and customer-focused working style
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany
  • Driving license class B
