About the role

  • You handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email and act as a fast, competent point of contact for our clients.
  • You provide comprehensive advice to our clients on our insurance products and services.
  • You accurately maintain and manage our client data, ensuring it is always up to date.
  • You oversee our review platforms and actively contribute to a positive external perception.
  • You work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • You contribute your own suggestions for optimizing our processes and actively help implement them.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in customer service (call center, insurance, e‑commerce, or comparable industries).
  • You are experienced in handling telephone and written inquiries as well as complaint cases.
  • You have a strong customer- and service-orientation, even in challenging situations.
  • You work independently, proactively, and responsibly.
  • You are motivated to develop further, team-oriented, and curious about new topics.
  • You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
