About the role

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across print, digital, social media, and events for Travel+Leisure India and Lifestyle Asia India.
  • Oversee creation and execution of brand campaigns reflecting the luxury and premium nature of both publications.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to create compelling content aligned with target audiences' interests and lifestyles.
  • Develop and execute audience engagement programs including email campaigns, loyalty programs, and exclusive events.
  • Monitor audience feedback and performance metrics to improve content and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored marketing solutions, sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for advertisers and partners.
  • Support development of branded content, native advertising, sponsorships, and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Work with sales to identify and nurture new business opportunities in luxury, travel, and lifestyle sectors through joint marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Plan and execute high-profile events and cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury brands, travel companies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment and ensuring continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably within the luxury, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong experience in both digital and traditional marketing, with a deep understanding of brand building, audience targeting, and content creation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, print, online, events).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience working with luxury brands and an understanding of the high-net-worth individual (HNWI) audience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A deep passion for travel, lifestyle, and luxury industries is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's/MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
  • Must be based in Mumbai (candidates must be located in Mumbai).
