About the role

  • Manage and triage the CEO’s email and Slack communications based on structured playbooks
  • Handle pre-demo and post-demo client follow-ups using provided templates and CRM workflows
  • Track CRM activity, update deals, and flag high-priority opportunities
  • Support scheduling, reminders, and weekly performance reports
  • Coordinate outbound messages and basic lead generation outreach
  • Ensure no communication or opportunity falls through the cracks

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Admin, or SDR/BDR Assistant
  • Excellent written English communication and professional responsiveness
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Tech-savvy and eager to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
  • Available full-time during U.S. business hours (CT/PST preferred)
