About the role

  • Sales Development Representative focused on engaging prospects in Southeast Asia. Contributing to the sales pipeline for Daon’s identity assurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers across Southeast Asia through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads by identifying organizations with active buying interest in identity assurance and authentication solutions.
  • Present Daon’s company profile and product capabilities to prospective customers and schedule meetings for the regional sales team.
  • Support the development and management of a consistent sales pipeline, contributing to regional sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
  • Apply modern go-to-market (GTM) approaches, including account-based marketing and campaign-driven lead generation strategies.
  • Track and manage lead activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM and sales intelligence tools.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on outreach activities, meetings generated, and sales pipeline development.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, partners, and vendors to support regional sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, including inbound and outbound prospecting, preferably within the cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in enterprise software sales.
  • Familiarity with modern go-to-market strategies, including account-based marketing and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Experience using CRM and sales intelligence tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or 6Sense.
  • Ability to independently manage outreach activities, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage potential customers and clearly present product value propositions.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving engagement.
  • Experience working within the Southeast Asian market, particularly in sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, or other digital-first industries.
  • Knowledge of identity verification, authentication technologies, or identity and access management is advantageous.
