About the role

  • Executive Assistant & Operations Manager supporting CEO at ServiceHero providing household emergency solutions. Focused on finance, team coordination, and strategic support in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • As a proactive partner to our CEO, you free them up so that nothing important falls through the cracks.
  • You independently take on and prepare a range of confidential matters, ensuring the CEO can focus fully on strategic priorities.
  • You keep our finances under control: you reliably handle preparatory bookkeeping, review credit card statements and invoices, and ensure that all receipts and documents are filed correctly.
  • You strengthen our culture and team cohesion: you are the caring soul of the team, coordinate onboarding for new colleagues, and organize our key celebrations such as the "End of Season" event and the Christmas party.
  • You also take care of catering for our monthly town halls.
  • You manage administrative and operational matters: you are the central point of contact for the many administrative tasks that would otherwise have no owner. You arrange travel for the team, conduct research for projects, and with your hands-on mentality make sure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience in a comparable all-rounder position where you worked proactively and with foresight.
  • You always think two steps ahead and anticipate where support is needed before anyone asks.
  • You bring solid knowledge of preparatory bookkeeping and work with extreme attention to detail and conscientiousness.
  • Absolute discretion and reliability are natural for you, especially when handling sensitive financial and personnel data.
  • You are a true organizational talent who keeps an overview even across a wide range of topics and can set priorities.
  • You communicate clearly, openly, and empathetically, and enjoy being the central point of contact for a diverse team.
  • You know common office tools (MS Office / Google Workspace) inside out and speak business-fluent German and good English.
