About the role

  • Assistant de direction pour le Groupe BERNIER spécialisé dans la distribution automobile. Organisation de plannings, gestion administrative et traitement de l'information au sein des différentes concessions.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage calendars and schedules
  • Draft internal communications (reports, meeting minutes, memos, etc.)
  • Process information (collect, file, and update records)
  • Ensure the transmission of information internally and externally (decisions, memos, etc.)
  • Manage administrative aspects of contracts
  • Arrange business travel
  • Prepare and organize meetings and events
  • Perform digital document entry
  • Handle administrative mail
  • Define quality indicators, monitor them and ensure follow-up
  • Consolidate and analyze quality databases
  • Manage deviations and customer complaints
  • Serve as the group's CSR/HSE (Corporate Social Responsibility / Health, Safety, Environment) liaison on site

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Demonstrated rigor and organizational skills, with adherence to the manufacturer's procedures
  • Energetic and proactive
  • Strong service orientation and commitment to customer and employee satisfaction
  • Education: ideally Bac+2 (equivalent to a two-year degree such as an Associate's) in management, executive assistance, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) required
