Responsibilities
Prepare and manage new vehicle delivery files.
Schedule vehicle preparations and organize registrations.
Monitor logistics and any required specific adaptations.
Handle invoicing and track payments.
Centralize and dispatch rental company orders across the dealership network.
Track and follow up orders until final delivery.
Maintain and develop relationships with our rental partners (regular contacts, commercial interactions, organization of visits/exhibitions).
Be proactive and make recommendations (available stock, current offers, new products).
Requirements
Two-year postsecondary degree (BTS in Administrative Assistance/Commerce/Management or equivalent).
Proven initial experience in a commercial secretarial role (ideally in the automotive sector).
Comfortable with office software (Excel, Word…) and management systems.
Rigour, organization and a sense of priorities.
Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation and team spirit.
Valid driver's license (Category B) required.
