Intermediate level of experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations confidentially
Desired: Experience working with electronic patient charts
Knowledge of medical records management and terminology
