About the role

  • Plan and execute institutional, commercial, and promotional medium-sized events.
  • Develop and monitor detailed timelines for events and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate event setup and teardown logistics.
  • Implement brand activation and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Manage vendors and negotiate contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Provide logistical support as needed for owned and sponsored events.
  • Follow up with strategic partners and sponsors to strengthen relationships.
  • Monitor event budgets and prepare expense reports.
  • Create performance reports and success metrics for events.
  • Develop promotional materials and publicity content for events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Ability to plan and manage medium-sized events.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
  • Knowledge of event budgeting and financial control.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using event management tools and CRM systems.
