About the role

  • Manage local, national and international events
  • Draft contracts for exhibition booths
  • Coordinate event logistics for employees, speakers and guests
  • Handle client requests and follow-ups on the day of the event
  • Manage exhibition booths: requests for proposal, concept and design
  • Identify, select and coordinate suppliers
  • Create communication materials
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Conduct post-event reviews
  • Lead the activities and development of the events service

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Event Specialist
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and resilience
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Familiarity with tools such as Pardot, Tipalti, Eventbrite or other event management platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum C1 level in English and French
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Experience in the dental sector, medical devices and/or healthcare industry
