Responsibilities
Assist with planning and execution of events
Conduct vendor research and support negotiations
Coordinate event logistics and attendee management processes
Process invoices for event-related vendors and track event expenses
Maintain organized records related to event finances
Serve as a contact for event-related material requests and track supplies
Requirements
1-2 years of experience supporting a variety of events
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Experience with event management platforms such as Cvent a plus
Willingness to travel as needed and work occasional evenings and weekends
