About the role

Responsibilities
- Process capital repayments in cash and in-kind independently as part of day-to-day operations.
- Prepare client letters and settlement statements.
- Reconcile cash and securities postings.
- Handle specialized technical cases.
- Coordinate and draft instructions in cooperation with custodians, settlement agents and issuers.
- Provide subject-matter advice on inquiries and orders.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training or university degree, preferably with a background in finance.
- Solid knowledge of securities processing and initial practical experience in testing systems and processes.
- Confident use of MS Office products, SAP and ideally familiarity with our own system family (WP2/WP3).
- Basic knowledge of tax law is desirable.
- Preferably experience in conceptual project work.
- Knowledge of agile project methods is an advantage but not required.
- Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2).
