Responsibilities
Research and identification of potential sponsors that fit our event concepts
Support in preparing compelling sponsorship proposals and presentation materials
Active outreach to decision-makers at companies, brands and institutions
Negotiation of sponsorship packages and conclusion of cooperation agreements
Maintenance and expansion of a network of potential partners
Management of existing sponsor relationships
Requirements
Experience in acquisition, sales or event marketing — ideally in sponsorship or media
Strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with business partners
Self-motivation, closing ability and an entrepreneurial mindset
Affinity for cultural, social or innovative event formats
Good verbal and written communication skills (German; English a plus)
Structured, self-organized way of working — ideal for freelancers or as a side project
