About the role

  • Research and identification of potential sponsors that fit our event concepts
  • Support in preparing compelling sponsorship proposals and presentation materials
  • Active outreach to decision-makers at companies, brands and institutions
  • Negotiation of sponsorship packages and conclusion of cooperation agreements
  • Maintenance and expansion of a network of potential partners
  • Management of existing sponsor relationships

Requirements

  • Experience in acquisition, sales or event marketing — ideally in sponsorship or media
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with business partners
  • Self-motivation, closing ability and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Affinity for cultural, social or innovative event formats
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (German; English a plus)
  • Structured, self-organized way of working — ideal for freelancers or as a side project
