Event Manager overseeing external event execution for Pennylane, a growing FinTech aimed at helping entrepreneurs. Role includes logistics, communication, and team coordination for events.
Responsibilities
Brief relevant stakeholders about events and coordinate the various teams involved
Support and equip teams with their logistical needs (goodies, print materials, etc.)
Coordinate production and orders of equipment required for successful event execution
Design event formats and logistics in line with objectives and budget
Select and supervise external vendors and service providers involved in events
Coordinate all stages of event organization and onsite activation
Ensure compliance with quality standards across the entire event
Manage unexpected issues and resolve problems in real time
Perform various tasks required for the smooth running of events
Organize and oversee event supplies and logistics
Participate in event setup, execution, and teardown.
Requirements
2 years of experience in event management, ideally in a B2B context
Professional experience primarily within a corporate environment
Familiarity with the needs and expectations of chartered accountants (experts-comptables)
A versatile, resourceful generalist comfortable with all stages of event delivery
Autonomous and adaptable (agile)
Comfortable working as part of a team
No geographic restrictions — willing to travel across France frequently for events
