About the role

  • Event Coordinator for Key Media organizing B2B events across North America. Managing logistics for conferences, trade shows, and business festivals in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the logistics for face-to-face conferences, business festivals, trade shows and awards nights
  • Liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors
  • Running events on-site in the US and Canada
  • Working within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff around the world
  • Running events like HR Future Fest

Requirements

  • Bring 2+ years of hands-on event logistics experience
  • Are based in Toronto and love being at the heart of the action
  • Are ready to hit the road, able to travel freely across Canada and to the USA
  • Can seamlessly coordinate corporate events while thriving under tight deadlines
  • Possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Radiate enthusiasm, positivity, energy and professionalism, and know how to build strong relationships with clients, delegates and vendors
