About the role

  • Project Manager planning and managing events for the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on structure and client communication. Collaborating with teams to ensure success in all project phases.

Responsibilities

  • As a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the #OnePharma team, you plan and manage complex events—structured, precise and in close collaboration with our clients.
  • Structure-builder & organizational professional: You keep track of timings, budgets and to-dos, use digital tools efficiently, maintain clear documentation and ensure that even complex projects run smoothly.
  • Consultant & client partner: You guide our clients through all project phases, provide orientation when questions arise, develop viable solutions and convince through clear communication.
  • Coordinator with foresight: You manage internal and external partners, lead project calls, prepare meetings in a structured way and make data-informed decisions—always with quality, budget and project success in mind.
  • Contributor & continuous improver: You bring your own ideas, experiment with new tools or AI approaches, help optimize our processes and share knowledge within the team.
  • Lifelong learner & self-leadership talent: You continuously develop—whether in compliance, sustainability or with new technologies—and stay composed even when things are unclear.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, a degree in event management, communications, or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project or event management—ideally with exposure to healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries
  • Proven experience planning, budgeting and delivering complex events—including coordination with clients, vendors and partners
  • Confident user of MS Excel and digital tools—you work in a structured way, document thoroughly and keep track even with long to-do lists
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken—for confident communication with clients and partners
  • Team player, reliable communicator and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and tools
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 15%)—for example to events in Vienna, Basel or other European destinations
