About the role

  • Events Executive coordinating and delivering marketing events for advisory firm Interpath in London. Responsibilities include logistics management, budget assistance, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Be the ‘go to’ person for events in our London team, planning and delivering these alongside (often senior) client-facing colleagues.
  • Alongside the wider Marketing & Strategy Events team, support with end-to-end logistics, including invites, venue sourcing, supplier coordination, timelines, and on-site delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team including the Marketing Delivery function which handles graphic design and technical digital delivery.
  • Assist with event budgets and payments.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience supporting or delivering marketing events in London.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ideally experience working with digital marketing platforms but not essential.
