About the role
- Event Analyst organizing corporate events and managing travel logistics at VOLL. Consulting clients and negotiating services for events and incentive trips.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end coordination for events, incentive trips and group bookings;
- Provide customer service and consultative support to clients;
- Request quotes and negotiate all services required for events;

- Follow up with suppliers to obtain confirmations;
- Issue vouchers in front-office and back-office systems;
- Verify contracted services with suppliers;
- Control, reconcile and prepare post-event or post-trip financial closing.
Requirements
- Experience organizing corporate events;
- Experience in travel operations (flights and accommodation);
- Experience contracting food and catering services for events;
- Experience contracting venues for corporate events;
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office / G Suite and Gmail);
- Basic knowledge of Sabre;
- Knowledge of airline operational systems;
- Knowledge of airline group booking systems.
