About the role

  • Provide end-to-end coordination for events, incentive trips and group bookings;
  • Provide customer service and consultative support to clients;
  • Request quotes and negotiate all services required for events;
  • Request quotes and negotiate all services required for incentive travel;
  • Follow up with suppliers to obtain confirmations;
  • Issue vouchers in front-office and back-office systems;
  • Verify contracted services with suppliers;
  • Control, reconcile and prepare post-event or post-trip financial closing.

Requirements

  • Experience organizing corporate events;
  • Experience in travel operations (flights and accommodation);
  • Experience contracting food and catering services for events;
  • Experience contracting venues for corporate events;
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office / G Suite and Gmail);
  • Basic knowledge of Sabre;
  • Knowledge of airline operational systems;
  • Knowledge of airline group booking systems.
