Responsibilities
As the Equipment Sales Specialist, you are responsible for driving equipment, technical and Benco services sales by partnering with regional teammates to ensure customer satisfaction.
Soliciting new business through personal efforts and referrals from territory representatives.
Enhancing personal skills in product and services focus areas.
Developing healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates.
Serving as a consultant in helping dentists grow their practices.
Leading assigned territory representatives to accomplish mutual sales goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
Possess a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel.
Must live within assigned work territory.
