About the role

  • As the Equipment Sales Specialist, you are responsible for driving equipment, technical and Benco services sales by partnering with regional teammates to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Soliciting new business through personal efforts and referrals from territory representatives.
  • Enhancing personal skills in product and services focus areas.
  • Developing healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates.
  • Serving as a consultant in helping dentists grow their practices.
  • Leading assigned territory representatives to accomplish mutual sales goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel.
  • Must live within assigned work territory.
