About the role

  • Equipment Finance Sales Associate managing Retail Bank relationships and presenting finance products effectively. Collaborating with teams for financial package completions and maintaining high-quality portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present Equipment Finance industry updates and product details to the Retail Bank markets and Business Solutions team
  • Work with Portfolio Manager to secure complete financial packages and deliver credit decisions in a concise manner
  • Prepare and present equipment finance proposals
  • Work closely with Sales Coordinators to help prepare documentation that meets internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and manage a high-quality equipment financing portfolio
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or additional 3+ years in commercial banking, equipment finance, or bank branch management
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in Commercial Bank or Equipment Finance Relationship Management or bank branch management
  • Experience working for a financial institution
  • Knowledge of credit reporting and financial statement analysis
  • Strong business development potential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
