About the role

  • EPM Services Sales Lead managing customer business transformations using Pigment's AI-powered solutions. Designing applications and facilitating client capabilities in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional models by
  • Understanding business requirements & document them
  • Designing & building the corresponding Pigment applications
  • Training/Co-building with the customer o they are self-sufficient in the solution
  • Participating and/or leading UAT and deployment
  • Integrating source software and migration solutions (connectors & APIs)
  • Be the link between the customer stakeholders and the product team, to make sure we develop the best planning platform
  • Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve the best in breed methodology & processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with both functional and technical exposure.
  • Deep understanding of Finance (planning, forecasting, close & consolidation), Sales Performance Management (quota, territory, incentive), and Supply Chain Planning (demand, supply, inventory).
  • Hands-on experience selling EPM services or implementing EPM solutions. Strong familiarity with leading EPM platforms such as Oracle EPM Cloud, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Workday Adaptive, Board, or OneStream.
  • Demonstrated ability to scope and structure services engagements, draft statements of work, and minimize risk for clients and partners.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust at the executive level.

  • Excelling at building trusted relationships with a deep sense of empathy and dedication
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
  • Previous experience in a software vendor, SaaS provider, or consulting/SI pre-sales role.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with license sales teams and partners to drive joint outcomes.
  • Knowledge of best-practice frameworks for large-scale enterprise software implementations.
  • Fluent English and French or additional European languages is an advantage
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
