About the role

  • Sales Intern supporting a multidisciplinary team in achieving sales goals at MAHLE. Collaborating in commercial materials and assisting with client data maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a multidisciplinary team to carry out assigned activities and achieve the department's goals;
  • Participate in and prepare materials for the commercial management team;
  • Record and follow up on key topics through meeting minutes;
  • Assist with maintaining customer records in the CRM;
  • Support the commercial managers and field team with client-related requests;
  • Develop sales tracking reports for products based on pre-established parameters;
  • Analyze, interpret, and propose actions based on structured data;
  • Support the commercial team in promotional activities, trade shows, and automotive industry events;
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns;
  • Assist in process optimization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields – from 2nd year onward;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required);
  • Familiarity with CRM and AI tools (preferred);
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector (preferred);
  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred);
  • Availability to intern 6 hours/day (Monday to Friday);
  • Must reside in Limeira.
