About the role
- Provide subject matter expertise of the Epicor system for Europe supply chain
- Identify opportunities to utilise or enhance Epicor to improve business processes
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that prevent delivery of business benefits
- Act as functional expert with Supply Chain team to resolve system issues
- Assist Epicor Product Manager to manage multiple projects from business case to deployment
- Work with delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall) to prioritise user stories and tasks
- Ensure SOX audit compliance
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to gather information and facilitate project delivery
- Support Epicor usage across Dudley Industries (UK) and Rentokil Initial Services (Europe)
Requirements
- Previous experience gained within a Epicor Functional role
- Subject matter expertise in Epicor system
- Project management experience, from business case to deployment
- Experience working with Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall delivery approaches
- Knowledge of SOX audit compliance
- Experience working with third-party suppliers to deliver projects
