You will be part of the Planning team, working directly on the breakdown of targets and the measurement and reporting of results for enrollment acquisition channels.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of channels and sales representatives, ensuring the accuracy of variable compensation (VC) and the consistency of performance indicators.
Contribute to results analysis and the generation of insights, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth across channels, modalities and enrollment periods.
Help the team move from operational tasks to more strategic analyses, providing projections, recommendations and innovation — whether through automations, predictive models or new ways of interpreting data.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields;
Experience in commercial planning, market intelligence or trade marketing;
Ability to manage multiple demands and interface with sales and marketing areas;
Advanced skills in Excel and BI tools (Power BI or similar);
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and objective presentations;
Proactive, organized and focused on execution and impact on results;
Analytical and data-driven, with a practical mindset to turn analyses into commercial actions.
