Responsibilities
Conduct alignment meetings with the hiring manager to understand the main needs and competencies to attract the best candidates;
Manage end-to-end selection processes for operational and technical roles, with a focus on our Operations;
Define, together with the responsible manager, the recruitment funnel and the most appropriate tests/activities for each role profile;
Post job openings on our careers page and other channels;
Conduct remote and in-person interviews at our Operations Center (when necessary);
Maintain and monitor our talent pool, mapping potential candidates for future positions;
Act as the guardian of the Recruitment & Selection policy, promoting best practices.
Requirements
Degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration preferred;
MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint);
Previous experience with Recruitment & Selection processes for technical and operational roles;
Experience managing a high volume of vacancies;
Experience conducting interviews and group dynamics exercises;
Enjoy working autonomously and building relationships with people from different areas and backgrounds;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
