About the role
- Analista Fiscal Jr at CNPEM managing fiscal compliance and supporting internal users. Duties include issuing invoices and ensuring tax obligations are met.
Responsibilities
- Recording/posting of invoices for goods and services;
- Review/checking of tax ledgers;
- Issuance of sales/outgoing invoices for domestic sales, exports, and imports;
- Calculation of direct and indirect taxes;
- Calculation of withholdings;
- Issuance of tax payment slips/guides;
- Filing/submission of ancillary tax obligations (statutory filings);
- Supporting audits and internal users with operational queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Basic English;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Experience in interpreting legislation, ancillary tax obligations, tax calculations, and fiscal bookkeeping;
- Knowledge of Protheus ERP is desirable.
